A vintage truck, a Tennessee adventure, and one very good excuse to raise a glass.

Tri Star Taps didn’t exactly start with a business plan.

It started with a 1940 Chevrolet pickup truck.

When Jennifer Papp came across the vintage Chevy, she didn’t just see an old truck. She saw possibilities. With its bright red paint, classic lines, and plenty of personality, it was the kind of vehicle that deserved to keep making memories — just maybe in a slightly different way than Chevrolet originally intended.

So Jennifer bought the truck and gave it a new home.

Pouring good things and showing up for good times.

And just like that, Tri Star Taps was born.

The truck was transformed into a mobile tap experience designed to bring a little vintage charm — and a whole lot of fun — to weddings, parties, festivals, corporate events, community gatherings and celebrations throughout Middle Tennessee. It was made to do that, let’s continue to let her serve!

But Tri Star Taps isn't really about the truck.

Okay... it's a little bit about the truck.

It's hard not to love a 1940 Chevy pulling up to your party.

But what Jennifer really loves is creating the kind of details people remember. The unexpected things that make guests stop, smile, take a picture and say, "Now THAT is cool."

Depending on the occasion, those taps might be pouring cocktails, mocktails, cold brew, refreshers, cider or something completely custom to the event. The idea is simple: the drinks should be just as much a part of the experience as everything else.

Tri Star Taps is locally owned and operated with a love for vintage things, creative gatherings and Southern hospitality — without taking any of it too seriously.

Because life's biggest moments deserve more than a folding table with a beverage dispenser.

They deserve a 1940 Chevy with taps.

That's Tri Star Taps.

Despite her vintage looks, the truck, (not Jennifer), is outfitted with a restaurant grade tap system that can keep beverages cold or hot for up to 8 hours without electricity, if longer is needed then electrical hookup will be necessary. We can pour beer, cocktails, nitro cold brew, hot coffee, signature toasted marshmallow cocoa, and anything folks want to make their event memorable! We love to create themes so if you have a VOLS tailgate, love for all things fall, spring fling, or other idea, let us know. We can create the setting to match with your props, or ours. Betsy, what we lovingly call her, is available for photo shoots at your location or ours. We will be offering photographers options at our little slice of heaven out in the country. With unique feature such as a creek, old dairy barn, and greenhouse, the opportunities are endless. Stay tuned!
